# Delete Workflow Run

> Delete a finished workflow run and its stored execution data.

Delete Workflow Run removes a finished run and its stored steps and logs.

## Authentication

Requires an API key in the `Authorization` header.

## Errors

| Status | Cause |
| - | - |
| `400` | The run ID is missing |
| `401` | The API key is missing or invalid |
| `409` | The run is still running or does not exist |
| `500` | The run could not be deleted |
